Dr. Andrew Bucksot challenges men to become better men. Politicians, Athletes, Business Men, Ministers, Fathers and Husbands of all walks of life are positively challenged by the message of becoming a more effective leader for himself, for his wife and family and in his profession. Becoming a more effective man, or a manhood mandate man is to be a man who accepts the challenge of the call from malehood to manhood by accepting one's personal responsibility to improve the condition and circumstances of life.
To be the man that all true men want to be, they will commit to become more patient and compassionate as a husband to their wife, a father to their children, and a confidant to their friends. They will master their emotion, control their tongue and become men who will take positive action to overcome their difficulties. The Manhood Mandate conferences challenge men to become the heroes of their generation and live an example of true manhood.

This brief video was taken in the Manhood Mandate Pachuca 2011 Conference, where an auditorium full of men from several different states, three countries and two continents came together to be challenged to become more effective in life, family and profession. There are five conferences planned in 2011 that will reach over 3,000 men.
